SELLER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions apply to all individuals, companies , or other legal entities which post Alpacas on our website for auction( collectively Seller ). No Seller will be permitted to list for sale anyalpacas on our website until original copy executed by the authorized individual of this agreement is received at the following address:

1. Entries must be owned by the sellers and be free of any liens or encumbrances.
2. Entries must be at least 6 months of age with the exception of dams with crias by side.
3. Entries must be free of any defects, blemishes or unsoundness.
4. Entries must have a negative test results for BVD by a PCI or a VI lab testing.
5. Entries must have health certificate issued by a licensed veterinarian within 30 days of the successful winning bid and have their negative BVD results clearly noted.
6. Seller will pay for any blood work that is needed or required by the state that the
alpaca may be transported to or through.
7. Seller will be responsible for the execution and dispersement of all contracts
between buyer and seller.
8. Seller will be responsible for sending all registration certificates to new owners.
9 Seller will be responsible for the collection of all payments due from the buyer
or buyers .
10. Seller must have all consignment information completed by the entry deadline
and have all membership dues paid in full .
11. Seller will be the sole responsible party for the accuracy and or omissions of
their listings
and in no way hold Eastern Alpaca Marketing Group responsible for any errors,
omissions or inaccuracies.
12. Entry pictures should be formatted in a resolution of good quality for website
viewing.
13. Eastern Alpaca Marketing Group assumes no responsibilities or liabilities for
the overall presentational viewing image of a sellers listing.
14. Seller reserves the right to withdraw any alpaca from the auction without liability
to anyone .
15. In the event of any dispute between Seller and Eastern Alpaca Marketing
Group, Seller agrees Eastern Alpaca Marketing Group shall have the option to
resolve such dispute through arbitration conducted at a site chosen by Eastern
Alpaca Marketing Group located in the City of Richmond, Virginia or one of its
adjoining counties in a court of appropriate jurisdiction located in Henrico
County , Virginia .
16. This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted by the laws of the
Commonwealth of Virginia , regardless of the location where the Agreement
may be executed.
17. This Agreement will be binding on the heirs, assigns, and successors in
interest of the parties hereto.
18. By signing below , the individual signing represents to Eastern Alpaca
Marketing Group that he/she is over the age of eighteen years of age or in the
case of a corporation or other legal entity he/she/they are the authorized
individual (s) to execute this Agreement and further agrees to all the terms and
conditions stated herein.
19. THIS AGREEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE PARTIES AND CAN ONLY BE AMENDED BY A WRITTEN
AMENDMENT SIGNED BY ALL PARTIES HERETO.) THIS AGREEMENT
IMPOSES CERTAIN LEGAL OBLIGATIONS ON THE PARTIES HERETO ;
YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK LEGAL COUNSEL PRIOR TO
ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT.
